Deep rest and reset session

Studio session

For when you don’t need to squeeze relaxation into an hour.

This is our slowest, most spacious treatment — designed for days when you feel physically tired, mentally overloaded or simply in need of proper time to stop.

The longer appointment means there’s no rush to move from one area to the next. We can work across the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet while still leaving time to focus on the areas that need a little more attention.

The session may include flowing massage, slower focused work, comfortable pressure and periods of stillness. Everything is adapted to how you feel on the day.

This may be a good fit if you:

  • feel physically or mentally depleted

  • carry tension in several areas

  • find it difficult to properly switch off

  • want a full-body massage without feeling rushed

  • prefer a slower, quieter treatment

  • feel like an hour disappears before you’ve really settled

Why choose 90 minutes?

The extra time gives us space to:

  • work across the whole body at an unhurried pace

  • spend longer on areas like the back, neck or shoulders

  • include tired legs, feet, arms or hands

  • allow more time for you to settle into the treatment

  • reduce the need to rush between areas

The aim isn’t to make your body relax on command.

It’s to give you enough time and space that you don’t have to.

Your first appointment starts with a quick chat so we can understand what you need, what you’re comfortable with and anything relevant to your treatment.

No performance. No guessing. No need to know the “right” massage language.

During your treatment

You’ll have privacy to undress to your level of comfort and you’ll stay appropriately covered throughout. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

Before we begin, we’ll agree:

  • the areas you’d like worked on

  • anything you’d prefer us to avoid

  • your preferred pressure

  • a position that feels comfortable

  • what you’d like from the session

You can ask for more pressure, less pressure, a different position, a different area or a complete stop at any point.

And no, you do not have to make conversation.

Quiet is always welcome.

Massage should feel like something being done with you, not to you.

After your treatment

You may notice some mild tenderness or increased awareness in areas that have been feeling particularly tight.

It should never feel severe.

If anything feels sharp, unpleasant or difficult to tolerate during the treatment, tell us. We’d much rather adjust than have you grit your teeth and hope for the best.

Afterwards, gentle movement and regular breaks from long periods of sitting can help you hold on to that sense of ease a little longer.
